We are looking for a **_Facility & ESH Coordinator _**who deals with the current and future contractors for our site located in Rho granting the correct running of the supplier contracts in compliance with the QESH standards and rules according to the local law and the MCG policies.

In this role he/she reports to the Financial Manager and is responsible for the local indirect purchasing and investment processes according to the defined budget and improving the efficiency of the cost management and supporting the annual budget definition. He/She acts also as ESH referral towards internal and external parties and the MCG group Global Safety department.

Main activities:

- Coordinate the general contractors for maintenance and refurbishment activities according to the defined budget
- Acting as ESH local referral by granting the respect of the Safety, Environment and Health requirements in compliance with the local laws and implements all initiatives and measures needed to enhance the standards according to the Global Safety Department policies and guidelines
- Preparing the OPEX and CAPEX annual budget for the defined scope in cooperation and supporting the Financial Team
- Acting as a key referral for the for contractors and external suppliers, responsible to properly manage third parties’ contracts with the support of external legal team when needed.
- Responsible for the indirect materials purchasing process through ERP system, reviewing purchase contracts, managing on daily basis of the purchase order process and contracts and of M3 indirect purchasing process module
- Responsible for ensuring the branch financial objectives are met in accordance with the annual budget look for effectiveness in cost saving in compliance with Fit4Purchase philosophy
- Implementing and developing the company procedures related to the purchasing process, contracts management and company car fleet
- Supporting the implementation of ERP indirect purchasing process in cooperation of ERP ICT & Finance team

What is required:

- Bachelor degree in Economics or Law
- Strong experience in similar positions (minimum 8/10 years)
- Good understanding of financial issues / rules
- Analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Italian native, English proficiency is a must
- Supplier oriented with high negotiations ability
- Ability to identify opportunities and risks
- Attention to details
- Ability to connect the dots between different functions/role
