**DEMAND MANAGER**

La risorsa sarà inserita nell’Area Organizzazione della Direzione Operations di Capogruppo in un contesto stimolante e centrale rispetto al percorso di evoluzione del Gruppo.

Il Demand Management è uno dei processi più strategici dell’organizzazione aziendale, preliminare e propedeutico alla gestione dei progetti e del portafoglio applicativo, che permette di comprendere, valutare e gestire le richieste di nuovi servizi IT e di Business provenienti dalle diverse strutture/società del Gruppo, per garantire di disporre delle corrette funzionalità e degli adeguati livelli di innovazione.

La risorsa:

- si occuperà di analizzare le esigenze pervenute dagli utenti valutandone adeguatezza, completezza dei contenuti/requisiti, grado di prioritizzazione affiancando la struttura richiedente per la predisposizione della documentazione richiesta relazionandosi nel continuo con il comparto ICT e le Società del Gruppo eventualmente coinvolte
- parteciperà al coordinamento del processo di predisposizione del piano annuale delle iniziative progettuali e relative fasi di monitoraggio periodico e rendicontazione dello stato di avanzamento agli Organi aziendali.
- È richiesta esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni nel settore bancario in ambito organizzazione, conoscenza delle principali normative di settore e dei diversi ambiti bancari.
- Sono inoltre richieste capacità organizzative di project / program management, problem solving e attitudine a lavorare in contesti stimolanti e impegnativi.

Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di mediazione, unitamente alla padronanza del pacchetto MS Office e della lingua inglese.
