**Chi cerchiamo?**:
Ricerchiamo un/una **Procurement Specialist** che dovrà pianificare e svolgere le attività di acquisti, interagendo con i fornitori e assicurandosi che il processo di acquisto si svolga senza intoppi.

**Must have?**:
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e capacità di comunicazione, team working e problem solving.

**COSA FARÀ IL/LA PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST?**:
Si occuperà di gestire e raccogliere le informazioni sulla **pianificazione** della **produzione** per tutti i titoli e i paesi. In particolare, raccoglierà informazioni aggiornate sulla domanda di prodotti e sulle scorte.

Nel concreto eseguirà gli **acquisti** e gestirà i **fornitori**:

- Perseguirà la strategia di ottimizzazione degli acquisti (ad esempio, raggruppamento degli ordini, consolidamento delle spedizioni in partenza);
- Coordinerà le date prima di effettuare gli ordini;
- Gestirà gli ordini nel sistema ERP (usando SAP);
- Monitorerà le conferme d'ordine e le scadenze di consegna, inviando i promemoria;
- Monitorerà l'elaborazione degli ordini.

**CANDIDATO IDEALE**:

- **Esperienza** pregressa **nel ruolo** di 1 o 2 anni;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’**inglese** (livello almeno B2);
- Conoscenza degli applicativi **Microsoft**, nello specifico di **Excel**, e **SAP**;
- Esperienza nella gestione dei **fornitori**;
- Buone capacità di **comunicazione**, di **team working** e di **problem solving**.
