Il manutentore, in riporto al Maintenance Manager, si occuperà della manutenzione ordinaria, programmata e straordinaria, assicurando l’efficienza e il funzionamento dei macchinari e degli impianti presenti nelle aree di produzione e negli edifici. Svolge attività di controllo periodico sui macchinari e interviene preventivamente per evitare situazioni che compromettano il corretto funzionamento delle macchine.
**Responsabilità principali del ruolo**:
AREE PRODUTTIVE
- Gestione in prima persona, oppure pianificando e monitorando gli interventi in carico alle aziende fornitrici esterne, di tutti gli inventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sui macchinari di produzione presenti in stabilimento (building 1 e 2);
- Gestione del magazzino materiali consumabili e delle piccole attrezzature: mappatura, acquisto, tracciabilità, manutenzione e sostituzione;
- Registrazione degli interventi e delle attività sui gestionali interni dedicati alla mappatura dei macchinari e dei relativi interventi;
- Sviluppo e potenziamento del network con i colleghi degli atelier esteri per condividere best practice e progetti.
STABILIMENTO
- Gestione in prima persona, oppure attivando fornitori specializzati e monitorandone le relative attività, delle manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie relative all’impiantistica di stabilimento (building 1 e 2) - sistema elettrico, sistema di riscaldamento e condizionamento, impianto di allarme, ascensori ecc.;
- Coordinamento e gestione piccoli interventi all’interno dell’Atelier coinvolgendo i relativi tecnici specializzati ed informandone la funzione Sicurezza;
- Gestione e manutenzione degli spazi, in coordinamento con la funzione Sicurezza e Miglioramento Continuo, per un efficientamento degli stessi sulla base delle necessità produttive (spostamento macchinari, creazione scaffalature di supporto, adeguamento o sostituzione di strumenti presenti ecc.).
- Attivazione e controllo accessi (badge, timbratore)
- Supporto nell’allestimento delle postazioni di lavoro.
- Sviluppo e gestione dei progetti di risparmio energetico.
SICUREZZA
- Manutenzione ordinaria dell’impianto antincendio seguendo la pianificazione del RSPP;
- Verifica conformità della macchina ed eventuali interventi di messa in sicurezza seguendo la pianificazione del RSPP;
- Gestione interventi previsti nel registro sicurezza;
- Collaborazione con RSPP sull’aggiornamento delle attività visual del Plant (segnaletica orizzontale/verticale).
PROFIL
Diploma o titolo equivalente
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella stessa mansione o su ruoli tecnici assimilabili
Conoscenze di manutenzione meccanica, elettrica ed elettronica
Capacità di individuare e gestire le priorità
Flessibilità, dinamismo e capacità di lavoro in team
Disponibilità a lavoro su turno
