**BUSINESS CONTROLLER**:

**Principali** **responsabilità**:

- Realizza e gestisce il processo di Reporting mensile, sia finanziario che gestionale;
- Implementa e mantiene un sistema di analisi scostamenti e approfondimenti sui risultati mensili;
- Monitora il valore di magazzino, garantisce l’affidabilità del costo medio ponderato e supporta nella gestione del magazzino;
- Realizza e gestisce il processo di Budget annuale e di Forecast Trimestrale;
- Supporta il General Manager nei processi e progetti trasversali in ambito Finance;
- Partecipa alle riunioni di definizione strategica insieme ai vari Responsabili di Funzione;
- Gestisce e supervisiona l’implementazione di un software gestionale (SAP).

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia o in Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Pregressa quinquennale esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in settori industriali, ma anche in settori prettamente commerciali;
- Ideale conoscenza di AS400 e di SAP;
- Effettiva buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buone capacità organizzative e di problem solving;
- Motivazione, proattività e buone doti relazionali;
- Approccio dinamico e flessibile.
