**Contract Cost Control Assistant**:

**Presentation of** job position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the control of construction site activities in terms of schedule, costs, budget and quality of works in line with the project Schedule;
- Contribute to the management of technical and economic activities of the project and related accounting documents ( progress of works, invoicing, payments vs. progress ) ;
- Create and track periodic reporting that permits to improve the accuracy of the estimations and to analyze and verify the details of each single order and contract associated with the Project;
- Carry out price analysis, cost evaluation and identify the charges, constraints and risks related to each single order and contract within the Project.

**Requirements**:

- They have previous experience of a minimum 3 years in similar roles. A good knowledge of budget management tools and basic technical and administrative skills in managing construction sites in line with the project schedule represent a key requirement.

A solid knowledge of use of Excel and Microsoft Project tools for budget and schedule management are fundamental.

Analytical capacities, problem solving skills, ability to self organize and take initiative as well as a dynamic and stress resistant personality coupled with a good knowledge of English, are a strong plus.
