**EMEA Junior Product Owner Intern**:

- Remote Eligible: Hybrid- Onsite Location(s): Milan, Milan, IT Madrid, M, IT**About the Role**:

- Program and Project coordination_
- Support the EMEA AGILE delivery of projects in coordination with divisional stakeholders
- Help the EMEA Product Owners in the consistent effort to keep standard approach & methodology established for program and project management with best practice tools and processes
- Maintain the RACI matrix and the RAID log and ensure timely reminders to Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and its stakeholders and vendors
- Provide all relevant dashboard and metrics to review progress of all key initiatives so that EMEA Product Owners can ensure a flawless plan
- Support Product Owners in their effort to present all updates for leadership, CoE team, divisional stakeholders, external vendors and other functions
- Technology Expert_
- Work with IT to optimize and converge infrastructure and platforms
- Support the EMEA Product Owners in the Business Requirement Gathering process and content for all technical projects from divisions as well as from the CoE
- Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE and IT department
- Support technology integration and data management
- Work in close coordination with the IT department and Global project teams to roll out technology project implementations smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Graduating or Graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management Engineering or similar
- Fluently spoken English (level B2 or higher)
- Passionate and knowledge of the Salesforce Suite
- Knowledge of Agile
- Knowledge of Requirement Collection and User Story Logic (if already used in previous project is a plus)
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining a backlog (plus)
- Good business document requirement writing
