**Mission**:Execution of logistic and repairing process (on local/ regional project) in accordance with company procedure, quality standard and contractual SLAs

**Accountabilities**
- Ensure the execution of the intervention starting, performing and closing of logistics and spares activities during warranty and after sales period (maintenance contracts) according to specified
- Service Level Agreement
- Ensure the definition and optimization of the spare parts stock to achieve contractual repair and replenishment time requirements during the warranty and after sales phases
- Ensure the technical and logistic interface with the factory for the repairing process
- Ensure execution and monitoring of repairing contracts with suppliers
- Ensure the collection and aggregation failure data on the equipment during warranty and after sales phases
- Ensure the issuing of repair Reporting activities

**Required Skills/ Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s Degree/High school in technical area or Equivalent
- Technical background
- From 3 up to 5 years Logistic experience could be a plus;
- Budgeting & cost controlling
- Knowledge of ERP (i.e. SAP), CRM (i.e. MAXIMO) and Configuration Management tools
- Logistic and warehouse management
- Planning
- Statistical analysis and “data management”
