**Nordson Packaging **is a market leader for hot melt adhesive dispensing solutions for the end of line packaging in various industries. We are looking for an **Inside Sales Specialist (M/F/d) **for our Standard Customers in Italy. We are looking for you if you possess ambition, drive & talent to maintain & develop these customers through interaction & a strong working relationship with the Field Sales team. The position is based in our Segrate Office. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** - Responsible for standard customer account management - Develops understanding of customer requirements, trends, risks, opportunities and satisfaction levels - Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to drive profitable growth - Develop intensive partnerships at all levels with customers and internal resources to identify customer needs & trends - Work cross functionally with engineering & sales teams to help with customer opportunities, resolve issues, planning, etc. - Support and pro-actively enable sales activities, help to facilitate, or open sales opportunities - Generate working relationships with adhesive suppliers to support customer knowledge - Technical support internal/external - Report all activities & customer data in CRM system to ensure complete transparency - Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the sales teams **Skills and Education** - Good all round experience in customer & account management through the use of remote working methods & tools 3+ years - ' experience & comprehensive understanding of sales concepts in an sales office environment - Good interactive & personal skills suitable to become a key person in the office environment - Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Italian and English - Strong relationship building skills - Proven selling skills required to identify & close opportunities - Extensive business to business sales & distribution experience - Strong customer passion & empathy - Excellent problem solving, analytical and business skills A "Get things done" & a "lead by example - " attitude - Ability to work on their own, using an open mindset or within a winning team environment - Proficiency in critical technologies (MS Office, SAP, CRM tools, etc.) **Interested?** We are looking forward to getting your CV LI-MS1
