**Your Job**
Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Regional Director of Planning and Scheduling. The Director will be responsible for leading and developing our scheduling and planning team on a regional level. In this role you will be provided with opportunities to implement good scheduling practices as well as develop good capacity tools to help aid good decision making for the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) team.

This position can be based in Aprilia (Italy)/ Dudelange (Luxembourg) or Hilden (Germany) and would require travel to our manufacturing facilities.

You will be managing our Planning and Scheduling team on a regional level (Europe, Middle East, India and China). **What You Will Do**
- Assists in recommending loading based on forward looking production requirements and capacity planning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance goals and objectives. Work with direct reports to set goals, measure results, and ensure that targets are achieved
- Develop and optimize planning and forecasting processes
- Develop a good understanding of the Demand Driven Operating Model
- Help implement the software module DBR+ and R+ across the region
- Lead the process of developing strategic initiatives and objectives for both short-term and Log-term global planning needs
- Lead collaborative strategic efforts between Planning and key customers i.e. Sales and Supply-Chain
- Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and lead implementation of key initiatives
- Provide team members with clear direction and targets aligned with the S&OP vision and our culture
- Support, coach and mentor a regional Planning & Scheduling team to ensure continuous development, accountability, value creation, and best in class performance

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering or Business Management or related discipline
- Extensive experience in Planning & Scheduling or Logistics and/or Supply Chain Operations in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proven management experience, including experience leading multicultural teams across various locations and time zones
- Ability to embrace, communicate, influence and lead others through change
- Solution-oriented assertive leader with ability to develop a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Communication skills in Italian/ German or French
