**Quality Manager - Responsabile della qualità**

**Ruolo e mansioni**:
La persona scelta:

- elabora il Manuale della Qualità e ne effettua riesami e revisioni
- elabora le norme interne qualità e procedure operative
- pianifica e gestisce le verifiche ispettive interne ed esterne
- rappresenta l’interfaccia dell’azienda nei rapporti con l’Organismo di Certificazione del Sistema Qualità e con eventuali consulenti esterni
- definisce gli indicatori della qualità da tenere sotto controllo
- tiene sotto controllo i casi di non conformità fino alla loro risoluzione
- definisce le attività di controllo, finalizzate alla conformità del prodotto, da svolgere durante tutto il processo produttivo e della merce in accettazione
- promuove azioni rivolte alla prevenzione, in tema di Qualità;
- gestisce il processo di gestione dei reclami
**Requisiti**:

- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni
- buon utilizzo degli applicativi Office Automation
- capacità di interpretazione dei requisiti normativi ( ISO 9000 e/o WCM) e di gestione del sistema documentale
- conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- capacità personale di programmazione del lavoro e rispetto delle scadenze
- problem solving e capacità nella valutazione della fattibilità técnica
**Si offre**: contratto di assunzione diretta da parte dell'azienda a tempo Indeterminato (CCNL Chimico). Pacchetto retributivo da definire in base al profilo e al percorso professionale. Inserimento immediato;
