**Il Night Manager si unirà al nostro team del Front Office e le sue principali responsabilità includeranno**:

- Supervisionare tutte le operazioni dell'hotel durante la notte, garantendo il corretto funzionamento di tutti i reparti.
- Agire come principale punto di contatto per gli ospiti e il team durante il turno notturno.
- Gestire le richieste, i reclami e le emergenze degli ospiti in modo tempestivo e professionale.
- Assicurarsi che i protocolli di sicurezza siano seguiti, effettuando controlli e ispezioni regolari della struttura.
- Redigere report dettagliati per il senior management, evidenziando eventi chiave, incidenti e feedback degli ospiti.
- Gestire i pagamenti, inclusi addebiti in camera, carte di debito e credito, contanti e assegni, secondo le procedure stabilite.
- Effettuare il check-in e check-out degli ospiti e gestire eventuali richieste di sveglia.
- Rispondere alle chiamate e gestire le richieste degli ospiti durante la notte.
- Eseguire la chiusura contabile notturna tramite sistemi di gestione alberghiera o equivalenti manuali.
- Svolgere altre mansioni, come servizi di concierge e richieste speciali degli ospiti.
- Essere responsabile di tutte le operazioni dell'hotel durante la notte.

**Competenze e requisiti**:

- Esperienza precedente in posizione simile nel dipartimento Front Office per hotel di lusso internazionali.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.
- Conoscenza del sistema Opera PMS o di altri sistemi di gestione alberghiera.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative.
- Problem Solving e Team working.
