**Responsibilities**

The Marketing Operations will focus on managing and reviewing marketing programs and activities, within different therapeutic areas and multiple therapeutic indications, comply regulations and standards.

He/she will work in a cross-functional team and will have to coordinate with colleagues to review and implement marketing activities.
- Coordinate the Cross-Functional Brand Team (Marketing, Sales Force, Regulatory,Etics & Compliance, Medical, etc.) in order to guarantee the appropriate support to the activities and initiatives according with co-promotion contract
- Review documentation
- Validate the compliance of the activities
- Coordinate with the congress office

**Basic Requirements**
- Degree level either life science, CTF or business qualification. PHD is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including English — written and verbal at full professional proficiency level);
- Excellent knowledge of office package;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

**Additional Skills/Preferences**:

- Previous experience will be a plus in the hiring process;
- Good analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes and content management systems.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
