Per prestigioso Ristorante che vanta un'importante vista sui Fori imperiali con cucina _gourmet_ e l'obiettivo di ricevere importanti _riconoscimenti in ambito enogastronomico_ per NUOVA APERTURA, si ricerca:
N.1 SOUS CHEF
- Assistere lo Chef nelle attività quotidiane e rappresentarlo in sua assenza.
- Supervisionare il lavoro della brigata.
- Supervisionare e gestire la preparazione, la cottura e la presentazione dei piatti nel rispetto del menù e secondo le indicazioni dello Chef.
- Rispetto degli standard di qualità e igiene stabiliti dall'azienda.
- Monitoraggio dello stock e delle merci in arrivo.
- Esperienza nel ruolo
- Esperienza in cotture e preparazioni moderne
- Ordine e pulizia personali e delle postazioni di lavoro

Si ricerca persona pulita, umile, predisposta al lavoro di squadra, professionale e puntuale negli orari di lavoro.
