NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY TESTING ENGINEERS - RIF. C-1238
**Location**: Mantova - Lombardia
Role
Reporting to a Laboratory Manager, the appointees will
Test product functionality
Contribute to the improvement of lab testing procedures, methodology and equipment
Agree test specifications and output; identify potential problems and propose countermeasures
Allocate resources in terms of facilities, equipment and personnel for the testing
Supervise and direct test preparation and execution
Supervise results analysis and produce reports on testing status and results
Participate in Design Review Meetings
Take part in periodic training and meetings at national and international / European level
Degree-holder in Mechanical, Electric, Energy, Thermodynamic Engineering or similar
Good spoken and written English
3-5+ years of relevant practical experience in a similar role
Experience from within the refrigeration, air-conditioning or heating sector
Interest and experience in Project Management
Knowledge and use of data-acquisition software such as LabView, TRNSYS, Matlab is a plus
Interest in energy-conversion systems
Flexible and willing to help coach, train and mentor junior engineers and colleagues
Hands-on approach and able to react efficiently to changes and challenging issues
Willing to become involved in different technical tasks as the team and R&D centre expand
Analytical mindset
Good communication skills
Interested in developing professional competence and experience
Excellent Development Prospects in a new R&D centre in an Expanding International Group
