We help companies to by offering psychological support to employees and concretely supporting the company in spreading the program through targeted engagement activities, fostering organizational well-being and creating a healthier, more inclusive work environment. We are currently looking for a **Client Success Specialist** to join our B2B Team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the corporate mental health industry. The resource will report directly to the Client Success Lead. AS A CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST YOU WILL: - Responsible for managing commercial relationships and identifying upselling opportunities within the assigned client/partner portfolio - Responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned client/partner portfolio - Responsible for adoption and success of partnerships, as well as communication and engagement activities within the company for the assigned client/partner portfolio ️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: - At least 2 years of experience in the role. - Comfortable performing data analysis and making decisions based on the results - Passionate about mental health and well-being, with a strong desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization. - Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills - Fluent in written and verbal English and Italian, Spanish is a plus **WHAT WE OFFER**: **Remote-Working at the Top** Join a team that embraces the future of work and takes the well-being of its people seriously.
