PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

L'azienda cliente fa parte di un gruppo multinazionale e offre soluzioni hardware e software per rilevare, gestire e analizzare dati in totale sicurezza.

**Posizione**:
La figura ricercata, operando al diretto riporto del Responsabile di Produzione si occupa della schedulazione, dell'organizzazione e della gestione delle attività e del personale di produzione.

Nello specifico, sono sue attività:

- Supervisionare i Processi di Produzione (linee di assemblaggio) e redigere i Report di Produzione (KPI)
- Schedulare a breve termine la Produzione e il Personale di Produzione (Gantt Chart e WorkForce Management)
- contribuire all' Implementazione di miglioramenti al processo di Schedulazione della Produzione (sviluppo di nuovi algoritmi di pianificazione)
- Garantire che i prodotti soddisfino gli standard di qualitativi
- Gestire la relazione con il Responsabile di Produzione, un secondo Coordinatore di Produzione, l’Ufficio Qualità, l'ufficio Acquisti, il Magazzino e tutti gli Operatori di Produzione.

**Requisiti**:
La figura che ricerchiamo risponde ai seguenti requisiti:

- Diploma o laurea di indirizzo tecnico o gestionale
- esperienza di quattro/cinque anni in ruolo analogo, maturata preferibilmente nel settore metalmeccanico
- conoscenza dei principi della Lean Manufacturing
- buona dimestichezza con MS Office
- abitudine a lavorare con strumenti ERP
- buone capacità organizzative
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione
- buone capacità di lavorare in gruppo
- buone capacità decisionali

**Altre informazioni**:
E' prevista l'assunzione con contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Si richiede la disponibilità al lavoro su due turni: dalle 6:00 alle 13:30 e dalle 13:30 alle 21.
