**Main Purpose of the Job**:
Managing Global multiple jelly candy projects of varying complexity, from formulation development to industrial line design & line start up and ensures on-time and on-budget delivery.

**Main Activities & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate inventories of raw materials and finished goods and Ensure supply of raw materials in time for testing;
- Deals with the development of new molds or adaptation of existing molds, with the supplier;
- Plan, organize and perform trials and experiments in the pilot plant, necessary to achieve brief objectives in a timely manner. Trials may be run independently or through help of laboratory;
- technicians which must receive accurate instruction on recipes and methods of execution;
- Recording accurately experimental objectives, methods, results and conclusions;
- Verify that test data has been entered into the recipes by lab technicians;
- Curatorship of lab equipment and also writing LAB SOPs when required;
- Support actively the organization of factory trials by liaising with Local R&D center and external suppliers, defining recipe, process parameters and product specification;
- Defines processes according to PI&D and the process capabilities of the production lines;
- Support the execution of the technological audits;
- Benchmarking and internal product evaluation;
- Perform Benchmark analysis;
- Transform analytical data from reference samples and internal customer requests into recipes, process parameters and product specifications;
- Coordinates all activities related to stability tests and then process the results;
- Performs the actions necessary for the evaluation of the test samples by relevant stakeholders;
- Contributing to cross functional team meetings and discussions, aiming agreed project plan and timing.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Degree in Food Technology/ Chemist/ any other scientific matter;
- 10 years’experience in jelly candy products and processes;
- Technological knowledge in confectionary area, especially in jelly extruded technology;
- Good level of English to sustain technical discussion and report preparation;
- Good knowledge in product formulation/RMs and candy processes;
- Keen ability to pay attention to details at every step of the development process;
- A strong sense of creativity will also aid in the process of solving problems creatively;
- Ability to present complex information to team and different audiences;
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and monitor multiple projects;
- Ability to strategically work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders;
- Project management skills.
