With Fedrigoni’s Sustainable Procurement Internship you will live an immersive experience that will allow you to acquire key procurement and sustainability skills while also developing future-proof capabilities for your career.

It’s a 6-month paid internship starting in September 2025 designed to give you hands-on experience and fast-track your professional growth.

During the internship, you will:
- Support both the project-based and transactional activities related to European and International sustainability regulations (e.g. EUDR) and their impact on the Procurement function.- Support the implementation of projects related to responsible sourcing and ESG compliance across the global supplier base.- Contribute to the tracking and analysis of supply chain environmental impact and carbon footprint emissions, working closely with Procurement and Sustainability team.- Learn from senior Procurement and sustainability professionals through mentoring and dedicated tutoring sessions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international and multicultural environment.

You will sharpen your skills by:
- Supporting the collection, consolidation and reporting of data from suppliers, to accomplish new regulations.- Driving supplier engagement on adoption of digital platforms, assessments, data sharing, traceability and transparency initiatives.- Supporting project management activities, including timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting for sustainability-related initiatives.- Preparing presentations, documents, and dashboards to support business decisions and project meetings.- Engaging with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, Sustainability and Compliance to ensure alignment and impact.

You’re the right fit if you:
- A background in Engineering, Economics, or related fields is considered a plus.- Speak fluent Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).- Are passionate about sustainability and eager to explore its impact on the supply chain- Have a strong passion for Procurement and a desire to grow in the field.- Possess analytical thinking, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.- Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments.- Enjoy collaborating across teams in an international setting.- Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
