**un/a LEGAL SPECIALIST - CATEGORIA PROTETTA.**

Il committente è una multinazionale tedesca operante nell'ambito creditizio / bancario.

**Posizione**:
Ricerchiamo una **figura con esperienza in ambito legale **che si occuperà di:

- Supporto al Legal Business Partner per il Field italiano;
- Supporto in materia Legale, fornitura di servizi di consulenza legale e garanzia di un'efficace gestione dei rischi legali e contrattuali;
- Supporto alla redazione e revisione della documentazione contrattuale;
- Supporto nella gestione degli adempimenti legali/normativi e delle procure;
- Supporto nella gestione del contenzioso e di eventuali sinistri.

**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:

- laurea in Giurisprudenza e affini;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;
- esperienza pregressa in ambito Legal;
- buona conoscenza del settore creditizio e bancario e dei concorrenti;
- attitudine al problem solving;
- spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative.
