For our Business Analytics and Marketing Science team based in Milan, we are looking for a Modelling & Data Science Manager.

Job Title:
Modelling & Data Science Manager

**Job Description**:
Main tasks:
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage client analysis insights, execute strategies outlined by senior leadership and manage day-to-day communication with clients.

You will work in a young, dynamic environment, with transversal skills and strongly based on teamwork, mutual collaboration and autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

- Integrates diverse data sets, leads the preparation of data for analysis
- Manages and leads a team of analysts, contributing to their technical and professional development
- Applies data science methods to provide information and recommendations to clients
- Maintains knowledge of new trends in data science
- Independently manages data science projects and delivery to clients
- Develops and manages code used for analytical purposes
- Communicates results and information

Personal Specification/Skills:
Degree in Mathematical Engineering or equivalent

Deep knowledge of R, Pyton
