Il nostro cliente è una multinazionale leader del settore sei servizi logistici e doganali che è in fase di forte espansione sul territorio italiano al fine di consolidarsi come partner europeo strategico per i clienti.

Per questo motivo, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Branch Manager che vada a gestire due filiali del gruppo, una su Milano e l’altra sul territorio di Reggio Emilia.

**Responsabilità**

La risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Gestire e favorire l’andamento positivo delle vendite acquisendo nuovi clienti
- Guidare e coordinare i Team di entrambe le Branch supportandoli nell’identificazione delle priorità, orientamento al risultato e problem solving
- Garantire e gestire la conformità dei processi di vendita e post vendita, assicurando gli obiettivi di budget
- Analizzare i nuovi trend di mercato tendenze del settore e gli sviluppi competitivi
- Gestire le attività di reporting interni su obiettivi, KPI, pipeline e previsioni migliorandone l’efficacia

Si richiede una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative, leadership, forte orientamento al risultato e una buona capacità imprenditoriale.
