STAGE CUSTOMER OPERATIONS PROCESSES MANAGMENT
Stage Purpose

In collaboration with the Customer service and Tender office team she/he will analyze and design current state of Customer Operations processes, identifying and suggesting areas of improvement in order to create a more efficient and effective end to end process flow.

Major accountabilities

Highlighting/Eliminating redundancies
Streamlining workflow
Improving through the to be process, communications with our internal and external stakeholders
Exploring digital tools increasing business SC/COs productivity, to smoothly and swiftly run the business operations

Ideal Background

Engineering graduate (Master’s degree)
Project management knowledge at preferred (Academy level)
English written, level C1
Good communication skills

**Si offre**: stage della durata di 6 mesi (con possibilità di proroga), con rimborso spese, mensa e navetta gratuite
