**Your Role**

As a **Customer Consultant / Sales Agent**, you will:

- Proactively approach air passengers affected by flight delays or cancellations
- Explain their rights and potential to claim **up to €600** in compensation
- Distribute flyers and direct them to our website to submit a claim
- Represent our brand at the airport with professionalism and energy
