**Job Introduction**:
The Property Service Assets Manager will manage the Group’s leasehold portfolio, taking a lead role in identifying and acquiring leased properties and other new stock to meet defined business needs. You will also contribute to the Group’s new-build development programmes.

In return this role offers a salary of £41,493 per annum, alongside benefits such as six weeks holiday (plus bank holidays), interest free employee loan scheme, and an exceptional learning and development offering.

You will need**:

- Leadership and line management experience
- Experience in property related asset management
- Experience of managing compliance with HSE guidance and relevant legislation
- Skilled contract negotiator with proven ability to manage and monitor contractors
- Project management experience
- Budget management, control and reporting
- Experience of undertaking inspections for quality control purposes
- Relevant maintenance, construction or facilities management qualification(s) and evidence of continuous professional development in a related role
