**UpSurgeOn** is a fast-growing company at the forefront of surgical simulation technology. They design and manufacture cutting-edge physical and digital simulators that help medical professionals around the world enhance their skills and deliver safer care.

They are looking for a **Finance & Administration Specialist** with 4-5 years of experience to join our team in Assago (MI). In this role you will support the company’s financial and administrative operations, ensuring accurate and timely management of all financial processes and contributing to a solid and organized internal control environment.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage day-to-day administrative and financial tasks, supporting accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Oversee and process active and passive invoicing (customer and supplier billing), ensuring timely collection and payment cycles.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, reconciling balances and resolving discrepancies.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in collaboration with external accountants/auditors.
- Prepare and maintain internal reports and dashboards on financial performance, costs, cash flows, and budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure correct financial flows and proper documentation of transactions.
- Contribute to the improvement and documentation of administrative and control processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Support financial planning and monitoring activities, including cost analysis and variance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal, and company policies in all financial operations.

- 4-5 years of experience in finance, administration, or controlling roles, ideally in a manufacturing, technology, or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles, invoicing, and administrative processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software and proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to analyze numbers, identify trends, and support decision-making with meaningful insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments and with external partners.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced and growing environment.
