**The Role**

**ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR BROKING**

We have an exciting opportunity to join the WTW Team in Rome as Associate Director in the Surety Business Unit. We are looking for an individual who has a specific experience in Surety in order to contribute to the growth and development of our services to our clients.
You will have the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for the revenues of those clients within your portfolio
- Represent Willis Towers Watson (WTW) in client meetings
- Contribute to the strategic development of WTW
- Maintain and develop relationships with the major clients
- Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for all analytical work

**Requirements**:

- 10 years working experience as an Underwriter or Broker for Surety policies
- Excellent understanding of the Surety insurance market
- Demonstrated Projects management experience
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Italian and English) including ability to summarise and present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Degree (or equivalent)
- Availability to travel on an as needed basis
