Junior Brand Executive

We are looking for a Junior Brand Executive Creative with marketing, products and industries skills to help developing existing and new ideas and solutions to promote RS PRO with internal and external customers. The aim of stepping up our own brand RS PRO to become the smart choice for our customers by building strong brand reputation, awareness and loyalty with a good/advanced skill using excel to manage data and good skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).

Understanding products, industries and technologies, and with special attention to sustainability implications, you’ll help bringing innovation and creative solutions to enable successful outcomes within a fast paced and ever changing environment.

**Location**: Milan
- Sesto San Giovanni - This role will be on a hybrid basis where you can work from home and attend our offices at least 1 day per week.

**About the role**
- You’ll be part of a global team so the ability to communicate and build relationships across different time zones with different cultures will be critical to your success
- You will be marketing smart, technically engaged and eager to grow and build your role across technical marketing
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales functions to support their needs and seize opportunities of new ideas and solutions to promote RS PRO
- Support the creation of sales and marketing assets
- Maximise RS PRO awareness and reputation across EMEA, APAC and Americas.
- Development of new sustainability practices
- Communication to a global audience
- Maintain existing and newly created tools (excel based)

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or other related disciplines
- Interested in Products, Marketing and Data
- Knowledge of sustainability topics and implication for the industry
- Understanding SEO content, and technical copywriting
- Good Influencing and relationship management skills
- Languages: Excellent in English and fluent in other 1 or more languages including Italian, German, French and Spanish
