**ABOUT THE JOB**

Within your role, as part of the Finance team, you will be responsible of:

- Creating new client accounts and maintaining client database.
- Requesting credit checks for new and existing clients and update authorised credit limits.
- Creating and sending sale documents (order confirmations, invoices and credit notes).
- Processing payment receipts.
- Contacting insolvent clients to ensure payment of the overdue invoices and promptly inform supervisors of potential bad debts.
- Replying or re-directing queries from customers with regards to credit availability, payment terms, customer accounts, invoices or other sale documents.
- Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers.
- Checking and entering supplier invoices in the local management system and interacting with suppliers for any clarifications required.
- Processing payment runs for invoices cleared for payments.
- Keeping sale and purchase accounts, including electronic invoicing.
- Keeping general accounts including payrolls, credit cards and staff expense claims.
- Provide the chartered accountant with the required documents for VAT returns and other tax compliance activities.
- Ensuring accuracy and on-time availability of accounting and other data entries within your competence for monthly and yearly reporting and reconciliations.
- Giving feedback to other teams and departments on finance matters within your competence.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/work experience. Previous work experience in Accounting and Administration or similar roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of the main Italian and international Accounting Standards.
- Knowledge of the Italian language - Mother tongue or C2.
- Knowledge of the English language - Level B2+.
- Good IT skills, especially with regards to Excel and datasheets.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt in a rapid changing environment.

Iniziale inserimento a tempo determinato con possibilità di prolungamento o conferma a tempo indeterminato.

Adozione di lavoro ibrido e orari flessibili con possibilità di lavorare da remoto per 3 giorni a settimana.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €1.500,00 - €1.800,00 al mese
