**Position**:
The Retail Manager Italy is responsible for managing the overall performance and operations of a network of retail stores in Italy.

The Retail Manager is responsible for setting and achieving sales and profitability targets, implementing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring that the stores provide excellent customer service.

The Retail Manager is also responsible for managing and motivating a team of store managers and sales associates.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for the store network
- Implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance
- Monitor P&L, margins, costs and expenses
- Ensure that all stores in the network provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute clients treatments and events and follow CRM campaigns
- Manage and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to drive sales
- Maintain the visual presentation and merchandising of all stores in the network
- Ensure that all stores are well-stocked and organized
- Oversee the inventory management and ordering process for all stores in the network
- Coordinate with the wholesale manager to map out the implementation and negotiation with department stores and key accounts
- Ensure consistency in visual merchandising, training, product offerings, and other aspects between the retail and wholesale networks
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment in all stores

**Profile**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or a similar role, preferably with experience managing a network of stores
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
