Stay Over è un'azienda multiservizi presente nel territorio italiano da oltre 15 anni e specializzata nelle pulizie in outsourcing per il settore alberghiero.

**Posizione**:
Per hotel 4 stelle lusso situato nel centro di **TORINO**, selezioniamo** **un/a **FLOOR SUPERVISOR**.

La figura individuata si occuperà di:

- apertura/chiusura e assegnazione camere;
- coordinamento del lavoro sui piani e gestione del personale in essi operante (cameriere ai piani e facchino ai piani);
- controllo e gestione delle tempistiche di consegna delle camere (rapporto costante con il ricevimento dell'hotel);
- verifica del rispetto degli standard di qualità delle camere, dei piani e degli spazi comuni.

La risorsa riporterà direttamente all'Housekeeping Manager.

**Requisiti**:
Requisiti:

- esperienza pregressa nella mansione;
- esperienze lavorative in aziende di outsourcing;
- ottime dote relazionali e gestionali;
- disponibilità a lavoro nel week-end e in giorni festivi;
- flessibilità oraria.

**Altre informazioni**:
Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato, con prospettive di stabilizzazione, orario part-time. Il lavoro si svolgerà dal lunedì alla domenica, con 2 riposi a rotazione nella settimana.
