The configuration controller is a technician responsible for managing the "as planned" production configuration, and for ensuring compliance with the "as designed" technical configuration defined by the SDR. It has the task of producing the relevant technical data and supporting the compilation of the documentation necessary for the delivery of the helicopters. **Main responsibilities**: Process planning and scheduling - analyze the applicable "As to be Built" configuration issued by the SDR and define the compliant "As Planned" configuration, and which will be implemented by the systems methodists in the relevant SMCs. - support the Certifying Staff by providing the status of the "As Planned" configuration applied compared to the "As Designed" - analyze the requirements defined by the Airworthiness SDR (Directive, Service Bulletin, PTA) applicable to the helicopter product, managing the documentation relating to the operating instructions, both in terms of preparation and issue; - be the contact person for production within the modification committee, coordinating the impact analyzes with the systems methodists and defining the incorporation points; - provide business partners and the Supply Chain with data set design documentation, supply specifications, etc. - comply with company regulations and procedures by adopting effective behavior in resolving internal conflicts. - ensure the transferability of information between different users through the use of effective communication tools; - carry out the analysis and contribute to the drafting of drawing modification requests (C.R.), to the analysis of non-conformity reports (QN, AR etc), providing support in the search for technical solutions. Regardless of the specificity of know-how relating to the various areas of activity, he must possess knowledge relating to: - Components and parts of a helicopter - Specific technical documentation - Structural characteristics of the most commonly used materials (steel, aluminium, carbon fibre, etc.) and manufacturing tolerances - Sector regulations (specific ISO standards, Easa, Enac, safety, quality, etc..) **Requirements**: - Qualification (High school, Master degree, Bachelor Degree ): Degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrotechnical Engineering), Technical high school diploma. - Level of experience (junior, expert, master, senior): junior / expert (1-5 years) - Technical skills: knowledge of the mechanical/electrical production process; tests electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems; knowledge of the main processes, standard equipment and manufacturing specifications - Languages: English - IT skills: Office - Soft Skills: Good analytical and problem solving skills, internal customer orientation - Other (Availability to business trip, special certifications....): willingness to trave **Seniority**: **Primary Location**: IT - Vergiate **Additional Locations**: **Contract Type**: Permanent **Hybrid Working**:
