**What you will do**

Join our Project Management team as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting Installation Projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio. You'll assist with project tracking, resource coordination, and ensuring quality deliverables gaining valuable insight into client relations, contract understanding, and stakeholder updates, helping you learn what drives project success. You will learn more about Building Management Systems (BMS) and related communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX).

This internship is a great opportunity to gain practical project management experience in a dynamic environment.

How you will do it
- Assist Project Managers in delivering projects on time and within scope, observe and support Project Managers in issue resolution, help understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Help manage project plans, coordinate with customer teams, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Learn about budget oversight and cost optimization tools and processes.
- Actively participate in team tasks and foster a collaborative environment.

**What we look for**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Previous internship experience is a plus; a strong desire to learn Project Management is key.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and spoken). Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn other IT tools.
- Good analytical skills and an enthusiasm for resolving challenges.
