**Responsabilità**:

- Gestione dello sviluppo e ciclo di vita del prodotto standard, delle sue configurazioni e accessori e delle modifiche e/o migliorie su richiesta interna o customizzazioni per cliente.

**Mansioni**:

- Sviluppa direttamente o utilizzando risorse, sia interne che esterne, le soluzioni progettuali per realizzare le funzionalità richieste al prodotto in conformità alle Technical Description ed alle norme in vigore,
- Esegue direttamente o utilizzando collaboratori le verifiche tecniche necessarie al dimensionamento strutturale e dinamico del sistema, guidando i relativi calcoli e prescrivendo i principali materiali;
- Contribuisce alla scelta delle strumentazioni, dei sensori e degli attuatori atti a realizzare le funzioni richieste confrontandosi con progettisti elettrici e software;
- Esegue modifiche al prodotto dettate da customizzazioni di vendita o migliorie relative a performance, sicurezza o diminuzione di costi confrontandosi con il leader di progetto e il coordinatore
- Durante lo sviluppo del progetto, si interfaccia con:

- Coordinatore tecnico:
per la ricerca di soluzioni a problemi tecnici irrisolti
per la richiesta di risorse operative
per la verifica dei tempi e costi,
- Specialisti di prodotto orizzontali:
per l’implementazioni di soluzioni condivise su più prodotti
per le proposte di standardizzazione
- Leader di progetto:
per la realizzazione di customizzazioni su prodotto standard derivata da vendita
- Industrializzazione:
Per migliorie legate alla producibilità e assemblaggio dei prodotti.
Per phase-in phase-out componenti e aggiornamento distinte

**Studi - Corsi di Formazione**:

- Diploma Perito Meccanico, Meccatronico, Elettronico
- Preferibile: Laurea triennale/quinquennale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettronica, Industriale, Automazione;

**Competenze Tecniche**:

- Disegno tecnico e schemi mediante applicativi 2D e 3D aziendali;
- Comprensione approfondita dei principi di ingegneria meccanica, materiali e processi di produzione.
- Pacchetto MS Office, con buona conoscenza di Excel, Word.

**Competenze Relazionali**:

- Team Working and Building;
- Organizzazione;
- Problem Solving;
- Gestione del Tempo.
- Ascolto Attivo

**Competenze Linguistiche**:

- Inglese: buona conoscenza sia scritta che parlata.

**Esperienza**:

- 3-5 anni in ufficio tecnico con funzioni di gestione progetti.
