**HR RECRUITER**:
TXT Group, is looking for HR RECRUITER, to join in the corporate Recruiting team serving all the Group's companies and business units.

The resource will join a large and structured team and will work in close synergy with corporate technical managers, supporting them in the search and selection phase.

**Main activities**:
Understanding of Engineering and ICT sector requirements, Job Description collection and analysis;
Active search activities and implementation of Networking strategies;
Screening of resumes;
Selection and evaluation of profiles in line with requirements;
HR interview management;
Activities of managing, entering and updating data within the Database;
Activation of curricular and extracurricular internships with universities or external entities;
Supporting the organization of employer branding events.

**Required skills**:
Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel);
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Excellent knowledge of the German language.
Knowledge of some of the major e-recruitment and social-recruitment platforms and IT and Engineering industry profiles will be considered a plus.

Bachelor's degree in human/scientific area or Master's degree in Human Resources.
