Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups.

No professional tour guide certification is required — just a genuine love for your city and a desire to share its stories authentically.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Napoli’s history, landmarks, and culture
- Fluency in at least one of: French, Spanish, German, Italian, English, Chinese, or Portuguese

Your Role
- Lead private, tailored walking tours showcasing Napoli’s heritage and hidden gems
- Provide excellent service to create memorable guest experiences
- Adapt each tour to suit your visitors’ interests and preferences
- Communicate clearly and engage with diverse groups
- Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere so guests feel welcome

Bonus Points If You
- Are comfortable hosting tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Have a passion for food and enjoy leading culinary-focused experiences

Contract & Pay
- Freelancer contract
- Fixed daily rate: 120€/day
- Bonuses and incentives based on performance
