Validation Technician

**Position Summary**:
**Validation Technician_12 months fixed term contract**

Validation Technician will support validation activities, following the plan agreed with customer in a Protocol and defined in commercial order. Val Tech. will perform activities, basing on STERIS procedures and documents and following a planned schedule time. Val tech. will work in collaboration with the Validation Manager.

**Duties**:

- Execution of validation activities, based on the Supervisors/Manager in compliance with the procedures in force
- Participation in the equipment calibration program, according to specific standards
- To use systems and instruments as for Procedure, Practice and/or Protocol, so to provide all necessary output coming from the test
- Participation in professional updating programs
- Participation in corrective actions and resolution of non-conformities
- To collect instruments, data, samples, to be controlled, evaluated, and analyzed in connection to the requested test information in collaboration with the Validation Supervisor/Manager
- To prepare a Report of the results, highlighting conformity and/or deviation from the agreed acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Validation Supervisor/Manager
- To properly save and archive all the document, as for internal procedure
- Active collaboration with the QA department, as far as quality management issues are concerned.

- High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
