**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We’re looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic team In this role, you will craft and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, enhance engagement, and generate valuable leads. You'll also play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our online community, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing strategies shine across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing community engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Set KPIs, monitor, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance results.
- Work closely with digital, creative, marketing, product, sales, and other teams to deliver consistent, high-quality content and highly effective campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Community Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively, even under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Results-driven, punctual, and precise in delivering activities.
- Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and strong ethics.
