We’re looking for a Product Manager that will partner with Motion Product divisions when products are being developed or maintained by them on lifecycle management and Design to Service to create products that maximize customer value. The Service Product Manager will be the consultative expert on service advising and life-cycle services to Motion products divisions. In this role you will work closely with MOSE Global Service Product Managers, R&D teams and Service Portfolio Managers in order to provide customers the best experience over the full life cycle of the products. The Center of Expertise (CoE) provide the after sales offering foundation for the product or service on which the Sales Service Unit base their daily operation on.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Accountable for the lifecycle and obsolescence management of the products with the transversal focus for better leveraging of the lifecycle-driven opportunities.
- Strong alignment with Global Portfolio Managers.
- Driving the profitability and life cycle of products by defining pricing guidelines and market position.
- Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to meet customer orders, while tracking and analyzing the performance and trends of products/services.
- Working closely with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new services.
- Providing technical and commercial assistance to the sales team.
**Your background**:
- Degree in Engineering or Management field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management roles.
- Sound knowledge of Motion Business.
- Demonstrated experience of managing marketing and sales strategy.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
