**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé in Italy, Milan
- Bachelors' degree in political science, economic and social science, international relations, communication or equivalent
- At last 3 years of experience with a focus on Corporate Communication and Public Affairs, including participating in social and environmental sustainability projects;
- Proved technical knowledge of the functioning of Italian and EU institutions is really appreciated.
- A previous experience in functions working closely with communication department will be taken into consideration.
- Fluent in Italian & English

**Position Summary**:
Support in enhancing and strengthening Nestlé’s corporate reputation with external and internal stakeholders; to create a communications environment that fosters positive attitude, openness, engagement and exceptional performance; to build recognition of Nestlé as the leading NHW organization; to enhance CSV objectives; to influence regulatory policy to facilitate business operations.

**A day in the life of Corporate Affairs Specialist**:

- Development of an enhanced approach to areas aligned with our 3 pillars of the purpose and values (i.e. social impact, communities, environment), including on how to better communicate to consumers and engage with stakeholders on this topic
- Preparation of briefings on corporate matters for internal key stakeholders and company spokespersons
- Advocacy strategy setting (proactive/reactive) on Institutional dossiers both at local and EU level
- Preparation of statements in alignment with Zone and Global functions
- Supporting the Press Office and Public Relations activities
- External Stakeholders and Partners Management

- Demonstrated track record of public affairs and external stakeholders relations experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task and thrive in response to competing priorities and demands
- Strong interpersonal skills that balance persuasive communication and respect for others

- Ability to create a good collaboration internal stakeholders;
