Silverback Staffing is helping a welcoming and inclusive company in Skellefteå, Sweden find an Electrical QA Lead with experience managing construction teams. This contract role comes with an attractive salary of up to £60k pa, and you will be reviewing, auditing, and monitoring the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures and liaising with the Auditing team.
The Electrical QA Lead will be responsible for the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the project inspection and test programs and associated witness point(s) time schedules on a system-by-system basis.
Some of your primary duties as Electrical QA Lead will include:

- Coordinating the resolution of all matters pertaining to quality at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels
- Ensuring the handover of all quality records to the client on a system-by-system basis
- Promoting good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities
- Implementing a structured approach towards systems handover/project completion

**Requirements**:

- Recent experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
- Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; MS Office 365, Power BI, and SharePoint would also be advantageous
