**PROFILO**

Cerchiamo un **M&A and Investor Relations Analyst**. Rispondendo all'Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Sviluppo di analisi e redazione di documenti a supporto del processo decisionale del Leadership Team e del CDA (presentazioni PowerPoint, memo, modelli finanziari e analisi quantitative)
- Redazione dei documenti a supporto dell’attività di Investor Relations (presentazioni, modelli finanziari, Q&A, memo)
- Monitoraggio e reporting regolare su andamento dei mercati finanziari, ricerche prodotte dai broker globali con copertura attiva sul titolo, benchmarking con principali peers
- Redazione dei documenti finanziari
- Organizzazione di incontri e roadshow internazionali tra analisti/investitori e management aziendale
- Gestione CRM Investor Relations, canali di comunicazione specifici, sezione sito web

**REQUISITI**
- Utilizzo professionale, a livello avanzato, di PowerPoint ed Excel
- Inglese fluente
- Laurea in Economia o Statistica o Ingegneria Gestionale
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in Big4, preferibilmente in area Transaction Services, o in consulenza strategica
- Forte orientamento al cliente, interno ed esterno
