Junior Business Controller - Internship

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the the Finance Controlling Team at Haier Europe. Main activities

Support the PL Finance Business Partner in providing financial insights for strategy definition and deployment, granting support for any controlling and business proliferation analysis. This includes high quality timely reporting, consistent relations with the internal and external partners.

Prepare and update financial models in Excel to support the development of the financial initiatives

Manage the main data analysis tools (Essbase Hyperion, HFM/PBCS, Excel, shared work files)

Support in the preparation of the periodical reporting to support the performance analysis of the Product Line

Support the PL controller in the interpretation of financial performance related to the business, performing Product mix as well as Margin and profitability analysis

Support the monitoring of the special projects spending vs dedicated budget and the overall respect of the budget

Support the monitoring of PL cost centers actual vs dedicated budget, performing of the accruals for the monthly closure

Participate to the monthly closure process preparing reporting and ad hoc analysis, in coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams.

Who we are looking for

Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

Fluent in English;
Good knowledge of Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)

We offer a six month internship.
