In our Motion Business Area, in IEC LV Motors division located in Sesto San Giovanni, we are looking for a Sales Specialist, who will be accountable for sales of LV Motors and MV Motors in Motion business area, driving sales volumes and margins. You will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.
**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities
**Your background**:
- Degree in Engineering or Economic field and at least 1 year of experience in sales
- Sound knowledge of Motors is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Availability to business travel in Lombardy
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
