Die Aktivitäten und Hauptkompetenzen der Gruppe umfassen alle Phasen der Planung, des Baus, der Produktion und des Verkaufs von Strom, einschließlich der Landschaftsanalyse und des Genehmigungsprozesses.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bozen suchen wir einen:
**HR Administration Specialist (m/w/d)**

Wenn du Begeisterung für Personalmanagement zeigst, gerne im Team arbeitest, Initiative ergreifst und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besitzt, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:

- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Unterlagen zur Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Begleitung des Onboardings-Prozesses für neue Kollegen und Vorbereitung aller notwendigen Unterlagen
- Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der Erstellung von Datenbanken zur Überwachung für das Recruiting
- Erstellung von täglichen und monatlichen Statistiken
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten HR-Team bei der Durchführung aller administrativen Aufgaben

**Gesuchtes Profil**:

- Maturadiplom und/oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Human Resources und/oder mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Grundkenntnisse in der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Bereitschaft, mit Menschen zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Zielorientierung, Eigeninitiative, Proaktivität und Flexibilität
- Hohe Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Wohnsitz oder Bereitschaft zum Umzug in benachbarte Gebiete erforderlich

Die Vertragsart und das Gehaltsniveau werden je nach Profil und Erfahrung der ausgewählten Person festgelegt.
