Vox City is on the lookout for a **Meet & Greet Host** in Palermo (City Center) - someone who thrives on providing top-notch customer service while sharing the excitement of the city with visitors from around the world.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Be the face of Vox City** Meet and welcome travelers before their visit to one of our partner venues.
- **Make their experience seamless** Help guests with voucher exchanges, ensure they've downloaded their Vox City audio guide, and answer any pre-visit questions.
- **Lead the way** Escort guests to their venue, making sure they're set up for a fantastic experience.
- **Be their go-to support** Assist with booking time slots and handle any customer queries about their upcoming visit.
- **Share your love for the city** Offer insights, recommendations, and a friendly smile to create a welcoming first impression.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A natural people-person who loves interacting with travelers from all over the world.
- A confident communicator with a warm, engaging personality.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable helping guests use our Vox City app.
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet and keep things running smoothly.
- Passionate about Rome, its history, and its top attractions.
- Fluent in English (bonus points if you speak additional languages).
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: €800.00 - €825.00 per month
