**RIF. 3176: LEAN COORDINATOR**

**CLIENT**: Multinational leader in its reference sector

**JOB PURPOSE**: Responsible for championing and deploying Lean initiatives at the BU level in compliance with PLS and ensuring accordance with company’s strategy deployment.

Facilitate value stream mapping and continuous improvement standards implementation to eliminate waste both in manufacturing and offices.

Measures and reports progress on an on-going basis using standard metrics (Corporate Kaizen Event Summary Sheet).**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree qualified in Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A good understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Transformation (Mapping), Just-in-Time principles, Takt Time, 1-Piece Flow, 5-S, Visual Management, etc.
- Has participated in numerous lean events in manufacturing, engineering and support areas.
- Good understanding of financial measurements and goals and has good analytical skills.
- Fluent English
