Contributes to the development of an operational annual plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Shop and Plant Machining Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Operating Plant and Shop Machines
- Utilising and executing your CNC knowledge across different machinery
- Reading and interpreting complex technical documentation and drawings
- Managing a fluctuating and varying workload in a methodical and organised way

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrate good CAM activity awareness
- Demonstrate good experience in reading, interpreting and executing technical documentation, drawings and procedures
- Show excellent communication skills as a technical role and will be expected to communicate to a range of audiences
- Be able to speak fluent Italian, English language skills would be advantageous
