Per il negozio di **Eataly Bologna **siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel ruolo di **Restaurant Manager.**

Le principali responsabilità saranno:

- Definire gli standard qualitativi del servizio e monitorare la loro applicazione nei servizi quotidiani;
- Collaborare con i Manager di negozio e lo Chef alla definizione di menu e carta dei vini;
- Organizzare e gestire il briefing prima dell’avvio del servizio per comunicare offerte del giorno, variazioni nel menù, obiettivi del servizio, commenti giornata precedente ed assegnazione ruoli;
- Monitorare costantemente: fatturato, coperto, obiettivi di vendita;
- Gestire gli ordini di collateral e materie prime;
- Controllare la corretta attuazione delle procedure igienico-sanitarie, come da regolamento HACCP e normative sulla sicurezza;
- Gestire il team di lavoro dando feedback costruttivi;
- Garantire l’esperienza del cliente e la sua soddisfazione all’interno del ristorante.

Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ruolo affine;
- Conoscenza del settore enogastronomico italiano;
- Conoscenza profonda delle dinamiche del servizio;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (e/o altre lingue);
- Orientamento al cliente;
- Capacità di problem solving.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi
