Due to our rapid growth in the automotive industry, we are excited to announce a new position for a Financial Analyst at our Finance Hub in Asti, Italy. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial analysis and reporting tasks on a European scale, contributing to our continued success and expansion.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Support European Controlling Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities- Collect, analyze and consolidate monthly financial reporting information from Business Units and plants operating in Europe- Identify and explain major variances of the monthly reporting package- Support the Forecasting and Budgeting process, ensure deadlines are met and high quality of data is provided- Support FP&A Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities, leading to enhance business analysis and efficiency

Our requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting- Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience in a financial controlling or reporting environment- Fluency in business English (oral and written)- Analytical mindset and great attention to details- Advanced Excel skills- Flexibility for occasional travel within Europe

Would be advantageous:
- Oracle experience- Understanding of data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI
